Sheboygan teen charged in high speed chase

SHEBOYGAN — A teen involved in the high speed chase last week has been charged Wednesday with felony burglary and numerous other charges in Sheboygan County Court.

Andrew Beltran, 17, is facing 11 charges after stealing a vehicle with a 15 year old boy and leading police on a high speed chase in Manitowoc County in the early morning hours of Friday, November 30.

Beltran could face 40 years in prison if convicted.

In June, Andrew Beltran was charged and found guilty after touching a classmate’s breasts at Sheboygan South High School. Three weeks later, the teen was charged and later found guilty of graffiti and bail jumping. He got two years on probation and was also ordered to pay over $1,000 in fines.

In September, Beltran was charged with felony bail jumping and taking a vehicle without consent.

    Bahahahaha! I’m surprised he got tall enough to drive, let alone steal a car! (I went to school with him before he got kicked out.)

      Just an fyi, he was never kicked out of school, he transferred and actually was and still is on target to graduate :)
