SHEBOYGAN — A 17 year old boy has been charged Friday with sexually assaulting his 15 year old ex-girlfriend.
The Sheboygan Police Department was informed Thursday of sexual sexual contact occurring between a female student at Sheboygan South High School and Tanner Donath.
According to the criminal complaint, the 15 year old girl explained that on Saturday, January 12, she snuck out of her home and went over to Donath’s house, who lives approximately two to three blocks away. Donath is charged with felony Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age and could face be fined $100,000, or imprisoned not more than 40 years, or both.
